NY Federal Offense Attorney Meg Strickler
Ms. Strickler represents clients from all over the state of Georgia. She also oversees and coordinates the pre-accusation/pre-indictment investigation work on the law firm's criminal cases. This work involves painstaking attention to detail and constitutes a critical, pro-active approach to criminal defense work. Ms. Strickler has successfully resolved thousands of criminal cases and is fast becoming one of the most successful trial lawyers in the country. In fact, she was recently named a Super Lawyer – Rising Star by Atlanta Magazine. Ms. Strickler is currently an adjunct professor for Emory University School of Law's Kessler-Eidsen Institute for Trial Advocacy, where she instructs law school students in the art of case preparation and trial advocacy. Ms. Strickler also teaches ethics to first year Emory Law students through a three day round table discussion involving first year law students, law school faculty and practicing attorneys. She is also an active member of the Georgia, American and International Bar Associations. She is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Ms. Strickler is also a Graduate of Harvard University's School of DUI Defense. Ms. Strickler is also the author of many articles on legal issues, and she has been a guest legal commentator for the popular Atlanta Radio Station 99X. She is an officer of the Criminal Law Committee of the International Bar Association. She is also an active speaker with the International Bar Association and is a frequent lecturer at legal seminars. She also enjoys doing public speaking engagements concerning cutting edge criminal law issues. She recently spoke at the International Bar Association’s Annual Conference in Prague, Czech Republic (2005) and Chicago, Illinois.
